Implementation Process: |

 |
After initiating an alliance between the Human Resource Department of the client business and Comunicorp to define the focus of the English training programs, an English Level Test is completed with each student. A Needs Detection may also be done at the same time. Groups are formed according to the levels identified in the evaluation and the policies of client companies. Group size is determined by client- company policy and goals with SENCE codes provided as required. |

Students are evaluated monthly by their teachers. The results of evaluations, the monthly attendance, the teachers' comments, and information about student participation, motivation and punctuality are reported and available via the Comunicorp website with password access. |

Once the goals of the language program have been accomplished, a final level test is completed and the results are published on the Comunicorp website. The End of Course summary is completed when the course ends according to the end date. Students may pass through more than one program during a course depending on how many hours the course includes. The End of Course Summary includes all the information described in PHASE 2 along with the cumulative attendance, the last test score, the grammar that was taught throughout the course, and final comments about the learning style and recommendations for future courses for each participant. |
